New Mrs. Fields® Store Design

Mrs. Fields unveiled a newly redesigned store in the Cleveland area last September, providing consumers with a more upscale and contemporary brand experience.

While market research indicates that consumers already have a very high level of satisfaction with the Mrs. Fields cookie, the new store design will help ensure that everything else about the consumer experience matches the quality and indulgence of the product they receive. The new design features deeper reds, black accented signs, and softer lighting. It also better highlights the delicious range of products available at a Mrs. Fields store: freshly prepared beverages such as the Cookies 'n' Cream Chiller, BreezerTM smoothies, and a new line of coffee specially blended for Mrs. Fields and brewed to order; oven fresh cookies and brownies; and a "Celebration Center" featuring the Big Cookie Cake and other products perfect for marking special occasions.

The store is located in the Westfield Great Northern Mall in North Olmsted, OH.
